We gave this kitchen a significant refresh. We kept the existing cabinets and appliances, but changed everything else. The perimeter cabinets were dark brown. We painted the uppers a crisp white and painted the lowers the same rich gray as the island. We also updated the counters with an elegant quartz and added the waterfall feature to the island. We also changed the backsplash to an ever timeless white field tile. We also installed a large white sink and new lighting to put the final touches on this complete kitchen refresh.

We defined this great room with a large sectional, accommodating many seating needs. We chose bench cushions for the clean lines and comfortable seating. The wood coffee table brought in some warmth to balance the marble and brass side table. We went with a neutral gray and soft pastels for a peaceful palette.

This home has a lovely covered patio right off the great room. When a patio is covered it can really extend the living space as it makes being outdoors simply more comfortable. We had room for two areas: one for relaxing and one for dining. The space by the outdoor fireplace works great for watch the game while grilling or cozying up by the fire, making the space versatile and welcoming.
